Showers and tile that make the whole bathroom

Queen City Renovation focuses on bathroom remodeling in Mint Hill, NC and around Charlotte. One project in our photos started with a tired primary bath: a fiberglass shower shell and beige floor tile.

We took it out and rebuilt the room with a marble shower, a marble accent wall and new flooring.

Tile is the word that comes up most in our Google reviews, in seven of them so far. Homeowners also notice how we work.

A recent client says we prepped the house before the job started, cleaned up at the end of each day, stayed on budget and gave solid advice when asked. She hired us twice.

Our bathroom and renovation work

Primary bathroom remodels

Full renovations of master and primary bathrooms: new shower, tub area, vanity, lighting and floor in one project. Several bathrooms in our photos pair a freestanding soaking tub under the window with a large walk-in tile shower behind frameless glass.

Tile and marble showers

This is where our crew does its best work. One family moved from a fiberglass shell to a marble shower with a marble accent wall. We build in recessed niches, sometimes lined with herringbone tile, plus benches and pebble or mosaic shower floors.

Vanities and cabinets

New double vanities with white tops, undermount sinks, framed mirrors and wall lights. Our recent bathrooms pair warm wood-tone cabinets with white counters and brushed brass fixtures. Cabinets are one of the topics reviewers bring up on Google.

Flooring

New bathroom floors go in as part of the remodel, from large-format gray porcelain to light tile that runs from the vanity to the shower curb. A recent client called our crew master craftsmen in tile, flooring, electrical and wood.

Fireplaces and backsplashes

Our tile skills are not limited to bathrooms. For one bathroom client we also refaced the living room fireplace in stacked stone, and another client hired us for a backsplash before coming back to have us redo their primary bathroom.

Max and his team members, Slavic and Ivan, were exceptional at what they do. They updated our shower from fiberglass shell to marble, added a marble accent wall and replaced our flooring in our master bathroom. They were talented, hardworking, and so polite and professional. We faced some challenges during the project, no fault of their own, and they were understanding and flexible. They also refaced our living room fireplace. My husband and I had never taken on an endeavor like this before so we were glad to have such an experienced and meticulous team to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Max and Queen City Renovations LLC.

We completed our primary bathroom renovation in February, 2026; our second project working with Queen City Renovation. We are thrilled with the results. Key points about Queen City Renovation: 1) They are MASTER craftsmen be it tile, flooring, electrical, and wood, 2) They are respectful of your property. They prepped everything before the job began and cleaned up after the work day concluded, 3) They stayed on budget, and 4) They communicated well with me and gave me solid advice when I asked for it. I look forward to working with them on our next project and you will too.
